Soft Washing

Soft Washing is the lower-pressure alternative to pressure washing.

What is soft washing?

Soft Washing is the lower-pressure alternative to pressure washing. This relatively new technology is implemented to safely clean surfaces which are unable to withstand the force of pressure washing (e.g., loose paint or fine timbers). While pressure washing is an extremely efficient and effective cleaning method, it can be damaging to fragile surfaces and ultimately do more harm than good.

However, these fragile surfaces also require cleaning and this is where soft washing is implemented. Soft Washing allows us to:

  • Remove build up from dirt or dust;
  • Remove discolouration, streaks and stains;
  • Kill mildew, mould, algae and moss.

Soft Washing distributes cleaning products on the surface, then with time, the products will work their magic. Finally, our system uses low-pressure water spray to gently rinse away the cleaning products to reveal the newly cleansed surface underneath.

minimises the carbon footprint!

Using state-of-the-art equipment with low energy usage which is focused on the circular economy. We will offer sustainable-orientated solutions which we have adopted from the USA. This includes “Soft Washing” which minimises the carbon footprint and overall water usage by reducing output. It utilises a biodegradable chemical formula, destroying organisms at their root helping eliminate future build up and even preventing moss regrowth. Competitors often use toxic chemicals that inter alia harm the native flora.
